My wife spent a good portion of her adult life a waitress. She was working as a waitress when we met. It has been a goal of hers to open a restaurant later in life. If she does she is going to have to have sausage sandwiches on the menu. I don’t have them very often because we don’t usually make enough to have leftovers, but every time that I do I am reminded of how delicious they are and how I would gladly pay to have them ready made at a drive through during lunch and dinner hours. Please don’t comment about how lots of fast food places have them, if it has egg on it is is strictly a breakfast item and not a true sausage sandwich.
